Fashion Advice (quote)
This quote is aimed at women, but I think it goes for men too:
“The current Hollywood standard of beauty is tragic. Hollywoodized women — whether they are in London, LA, or New York, who all look exactly the same are like Barbies. Real women shouldn’t look at any of it or think about any of it.
Instead, women should ask themselves, What colors do I like? What was my favorite period of makeup? What am I comfortable in? What time in my life did I think I looked my most amazing? What was I wearing?”
This is what I think of when I see Miss America pageants, and the like, where many girls are tanned too much and have bleached blonde hair. If you have light skin, embrace your inner whiteness! White is beautiful, too. No need to tan it to something unnatural.

beauty within first (:
@phosphor_stars - true, true, a person can look as nice as they want, but if they are dark on the inside, it will shine through their evil eyes
@phantomFive - Looks show your personality and feelings. What’s inside is important, but that shows up in our expressions. I think all colours are beautiful! Even pee n barf colour^^ I like gals, they’re cute n hot! Doesn’t seem like there’s anything wrong with that fakish plastic look. Seems kinda cool, n different
@dirty_sweater - You are right of course, appearance is important. But the point is that you should have your own style, not just something you copied from what you saw on TV.
@phantomFive - oh yea, forsure! I usually just copy what I feel in my mind n then try to show it to others! I think it’s cool if people copy ‘though. Hehe there’s no escaping ourselves!
The problem with judging based only on looks is that we all get old.
@TheTheologiansCafe - lol someone wise once said, everyone over 40 is responsible for their face. At 20 it’s genetics.
I couldn’t agree more.
