All Together Now
Read a quote today I really liked, here it is:
“My people,” writes Princeton philosophy professor Kwame Anthony Appiah, “made the Great Wall of China, the Chrysler Building, the Sistine Chapel: these things were made by creatures like me, through the exercise of skill and imagination.” By “my people” Mr. Appiah means that biggest and most catholic of tribes, “human beings.”
We are all one.

Ooo.. that is a good one.. I had to think for a while.. I saw “Great Wall of China” and I went back to read his name, thinking, “He’s not Chinese”.

Lol, ditto above! But yeah, makes sense. (: I think we forget that a lot because generalizing things and people makes things more convenient!

Yeah, I thought it was a really clever paragraph.
nice quote on two accounts: for making us realize that we all belong to the human species, and for making us realize that we have amazing creative powers.

That is a very logical analysis of the referred to statement.
